Return Policy:

SoHo wants you to be satisfied with your order.  Yet due to hygiene reason, we do not allow returns or exchanges.  Each order is carefully checked for damages before delivery.

In case of receiving damaged shipment or the shipment is lost, email or call us within 3 business days upon UPS, or FedEx delivery confirmation date.  We will review the case first then we will issue a RMA Number for the further procedure.

Exchange is limited only for the identical items.  Color change or style change is not allowed.

Unauthorized returns or exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized return fee.

We do not issue credit card refunds.  Store credits will be issued.  It will be valid for purchase any of the items in our collection.  Detail instruction of how to use credit will be sent out when the credit issues.

Processing Order:

We process orders on next business day, yet please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.  (FedEx, UPS only pick up during Mon~Fri.  For Saturday delivery, select FedEx Priority Overnight service AND have to comment that you want Saturday delivery option.  Order should be placed before Friday 11:00AM.)

Some items may not be shipped without prior notification due to temporary out of stock or discontinued.  Any back ordered item will not be shipped later unless customerservice manager set prearragement.

Sale item and price can be changed without notice.  List price is based on suggested retail price, and the actual retail price may vary by the loctations. 

Free gift rules:  product total itself, excluding shipping and handling, should exceed for each free gift bracket.
